2. Automatic Renewal: Memberships are subject to automatic renewal under the terms in effect at the time of renewal. To cancel automatic renewal, members must follow the cancellation procedure within their member portal.
3. No Equity: Membership does not grant any form of equity, ownership, or voting rights within the Coast Guard Spouse Club, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Acceptable Use: Members must comply with our guidelines on acceptable use of membership services, which prohibit any illegal or disruptive activities. These guidelines are available in full on our member's portal.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions: The Coast Guard Spouse Club reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of memberships. Members will be notified of any changes through the contact information provided at registration.
7. Limitation of Liability: The Coast Guard Spouse Club is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your membership.
9. Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their membership at any time. However, your membership will void after 12 months from the date of purchase. To cancel, sign into your member portal.
10. Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Washington D.C., without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
